If you don't use the internet it's not a problem as we can confirm by phone (01342-870960) in an instant if your chosen item is available, and if it is, we will be delighted to take your order and arrange payment and delivery with you right away.

POSTAGE: All sendings to both UK and Overseas customers are by Insured mail.
For UK sendings, all mail is via 'ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY' at a total cost of £10.00 for post and packing. Heavy lots will be charged at postal cost + packing.
For Overseas sendings we offer delivery via theROYAL MAIL 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR' service which carries compensation up to a MAXIMUM VALUE OF UK £250. Any losses or damage above this value to goods in transit are fully accepted by and are born by the customer. Coins of England is not liable for any uninsured loss or damage to goods in transit however caused.
We can sometimes offer FEDEX delivery at extra cost on certain types of goods ONLY , but please check with us first for current availabilty of this service and shipping rates.

[GOODS SENT TO US FOR SALE FROM U.K. CLIENTS] When goods are sent to us for sale by UK clients they MUST be sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" next day by 1:00pm service. Goods should be insured or compensation cover obtained by the sender at the level of the sender's own valuation. When goods are purchased by us your reasonable Royal Mail incoming postal costs will be refunded and added to your agreed purchase payment. In the event of you not accepting our offer to purchase your goods, they will be re-posted & returned to you within 48 hours of receiving the same amount of the incoming postage costs, plus our standard re packing, handling and research fee of £45.00. This is equal to one hours professional research & handling time & materials,

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT send goods to MAIL BOX ADDRESSES, or POSTAL ACCOMMODATION ADDRESSES IN THE U.S.A. under any circumstances,as insurance is VOID if sent to such addresses. All overseas mail sendings MUST be to a full and normal street address with a full domestic Zip Code.
